The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has replaced the CSO Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) form formerly required for reporting discharge information related to untreated CSO discharges with a new CSO Monthly Report of Operations (MRO) form.  

Also, IDEM has developed a webinar to aid Permittees in completing the new CSO Monthly Report of Operations (MRO).  The webinar can be accessed by visiting the  “Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Permitting” page on IDEM’s website at http://www.in.gov/idem/4897.htm .  Once on the web page, simply click on the “this webinar” link in the “CSO Monthly Report of Operations (MRO) Form and Instructions” section to launch the webinar.  To aid in answering questions on specific portions of the CSO MRO, the webinar table of contents can be accessed by following the attached directions for viewing its relevant portions.  toc_access
